Once Upon ATARI series
 
 
         I was sitting in my cube at work one day at TECNOMATIX-Valisys when Paul, my co-cubitant, pointed out the fact that a local university was offering a curriculum in Video Production. I thought to myself, "Self, I'd like to do that. I want to give something back to the phosphorescent tube that sucked up 80% of the waking hours of my entire childhood." Nine months later (being pregnant with concept as I was) I completed their 18 month curriculum and received my certification from UCSC.

        My final project was a documentary entitled, "FROM THERE TO HERE: Scenes of Passage." It's about two women from the same family who emigrated from Russia to the USA, one in 1912 and the other in 1978. Their journeys (and their story telling styles) are remarkably similar despite the 66 year gap between them. It was aired on PBS early in 1996.

        I've done weddings, promos, pet videos and music videos. Some corporate events, a briss and a concept piece or two. And now I am working on the biggest project I have ever attempted. My ATARI documentary covering the VCS home game development department called, "ONCE UPON ATARI"

        I love TV and film, some day I hope to be one! Content is king (I just want to be court jester).
